Which games does this policy cover?
This privacy policy applies to mobile games published by Data Sidekick on Google Play that use this page as their privacy policy and use Google AdMob for advertising. It applies only while the relevant game does not add user accounts, chat, location features, analytics, or other data-collecting services.
If a game processes additional data or uses other services, its privacy disclosures and Google Play Data safety information will be updated before publication.

What data does Google AdMob process?
The AdMob software in a game may process the following data about the device or use of the game:
- advertising IDs and other technical device IDs;
- IP address and approximate location derived from it;
- interactions with the game and advertisements;
- diagnostic and technical information about how the game works; and
- information needed for advertising security and fraud prevention.
The exact data processed can depend on the Android version, AdMob configuration, region, and the user's privacy choices.

Why is this data used?
- to show advertisements in the game;
- to measure advertising performance and improve the service; and
- to protect advertising and prevent fraud or misuse.
Legal basis
The legal basis can differ by region and advertising setting. Where the law requires it, consent is requested first; where legally permitted, processing for advertising or security may be based on legitimate interest.
Who receives the data?
Data processed through the AdMob software may be shared with Google and parties involved in providing, measuring, and securing advertising. Google may process data outside the European Economic Area under Google's privacy policy and the safeguards described there. Data Sidekick does not use its own user-account or profile database for these games.
Storage and deletion
Data Sidekick does not keep AdMob data as its own user profiles. Google determines retention periods for data processed by AdMob under its own privacy and advertising terms.
Local game data remains on the device until the user clears the game data or removes the game. For questions about personal data, send a request to support@datasidekick.nl.
Security
Data is transferred over secure connections. The games covered by this policy do not request account details or special-category personal data.
Your rights
You can ask support@datasidekick.nl for access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of personal data that Data Sidekick processes itself. You can also object to processing or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. For data processed directly by Google AdMob, you can also use Google's privacy and advertising settings.
Complaints
You can contact us first. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority via autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
Changes
We update this policy when the games, AdMob configuration, or legal requirements change. The current version is always published on this page.
